[PWGEM,PWGEM-36] PhotonMeson/taskPi0FlowEMC: Update processM02 to use NonLin

- Update the processM02 function to use the NonLin values for photon energy and transverse momentum.
- Update histograms added to registry based on selected process function to reduce memory consumption.
