Description

As a user, I want to view the technical device and server configuration for a location.

AC:

• A "Show instance details" toggle expands a panel above the location cards
• Device configuration section shows: Public key, Addresses, Listen port
• VPN Server Configuration section shows: Public key, Allowed IPs, DNS servers, Persistent keepalive, Latest Handshake
• Clicking "Show instance details" again collapses the panel

Prepared the UI but the current API doesn't allow to read all the values from the design.
