Feature description

I think it could be helpful if Notes could keep a record of items done. Some of my lists are time based eg daily and it would be good/interesting to be able to go back and see how often I have/did do an item.

Why do you want this feature?

Would be interesting and useful to be able to see when items were marked off in the past to check if doing things as often as should etc.
