What do you want to work on?

I want to work on Kubernetes ingress. I tried following the Kubernetes deployment guide with Envoy Gateway as the ingress controller, but I couldn’t get it working.

One issue I ran into is that the guide instructs users to install OpenShell with grpcRoute.gateway.className=eg, but it doesn’t explain how to create the corresponding eg GatewayClass.

A small doc fix will likely be my first PR. As I continue exploring OpenShell, I may run into other issues as well and will open additional issues or PRs along the way.

Why this change?

This missing step makes it difficult for new users to follow the guide successfully.
