The latest 2026_06_04 version of Parted Magic has completely removed Wine, so the newest version of Wine that was ever included was Wine 9.0.
HashCheck 2.5 works great in Wine 9.0 (minus the ability to create checksums of course; see #14 - the "outstanding bugs" in HashVerifier being why I still ended up installing HashCheck), but HashCheck 2.6.0 and newer does not work in Wine 9.0 (it does work in the latest version of Wine when I tested on other distros, but that doesn't help in the case of Parted Magic):
