Interactive Explorer: fix certain facet values

There are some facet value problems in the Interactive Explorer.

• In the "Sampled Feature" options, there is an option that is a blank string. That should be diagnosed and or removed.

• In the "Specimen Type" options there are some facet values that need revision. "othersolidobject" should be consolidated with the "Other solid object" facet value. "physicalspecimen" should be consolidated with "Material sample".

Both diagnosed — different causes, both fixable in the next data build:

Blank "Sampled Feature" option = 586 GEOME records carrying a literally empty concept URI ('' — not NULL). Example: ark:/21547/Bmp2BCURA_2393 points to a concept row whose URI is the empty string. Our facet builder filters out NULLs but lets empty strings through. Fix is one line (AND facet_value <> ''); we'll also flag the mapping error to GEOME upstream, since the blank originates in their source data.

othersolidobject / physicalspecimen raw tokens = 169 SESAR records using a deprecated vocabulary namespace — …/specimentype/1.0/… instead of the current …/materialsampleobjecttype/1.0/…. Our label lookup has no entries for the old namespace, so the UI falls back to showing the raw URI tail. (Not from the recent OC update — these are pre-existing SESAR records.) Two-step fix: immediately, map the old URIs to the proper labels ("Other solid object", "Material sample"); more cleanly, normalize the namespace so the 168 merge into the existing 4,313,376-record "Other solid object" entry — we'll do the label fix now and track normalization with the source-data cleanups.

Both fixes ride the 202608 data sync already in progress on #272.
