Weird right alt pressing

Describe the bug

presses right alt for some reason, and it messes with discord and it having binds

Steps to reproduce

1. have discord open for this to work
2. have a bind on right alt, I have it set to deafen
3. open modrinth or close minecraft from modrinth
4. its inconsistent, you may need many tries before getting it to happen

Expected behavior

for it to not press any keys on my keyboard when starting modrinth, and closing minecraft from modrinth
