DOC: help text for `pytask build --verbose` is a bit confusing

pytask build --help

produces:

-v --verbose Make pytask verbose (>= 0) or quiet (= 0).

Since 0 is included in >= 0, the wording reads as contradictory.

A clearer version could be:

Set pytask verbosity: 0 = quiet, 1 = default, 2 = verbose.
