Decoupling Capacitor

This decoupling capacitor needs to be connected to the power pin. Please read up on why decoupling capacitors are used and why they are supposed to be close to and connected to the power pins.

Test Points

These test points need to be connected to the control pins of the RadFET Readout Module in the schematic.

D-Sub Connector

The diagonal traces from CTRL_EN and CONN_COAXIAL will functionally work, but a minor nitpick would be to horizontally trace from the pad and then create a diagonal trace and then end it with a horizontal trace to the pad at the d-sub connector. This minor change is more of an aesthetic change since we are operating at near DC which means that the shape of the trace does not matter.

It is better to switch to a different footprint, preferably a mini d-sub connector.

Grounding

Please add stitching ground vias to the entire PCB for signal integrity.
