修改内容：
obscure_tooltips，替换原有旧的minecraft命名空间下的内容obscure_tooltips命名空间1.20-fabric和1.21-fabric版本配置复用策略，直接复用对应非fabric版本的翻译内容关联 #3492 （当年我审核通过的pr，没想到现在又要我自己来更新命名空间😅）
