Not sure if this is relevant, or how it could be integrated in the current text, but here are additional criteria: reduction of duplicated effort and duplicated funding by having multiple related software projects replace their in-house algorithms with established and widely re-usable libraries, improving software resilience against external influence (Sovereign Tech Agency), or strengthening strategic software communities (EuroHPC JU). |
