The default endpoint pointed at cloud.qdrant.io:443, which serves the web dashboard and returns HTTP 464 for gRPC requests, so every management API call (e.g. ListPackages) failed and no QdrantCluster could be provisioned. The gRPC management API is served from grpc.cloud.qdrant.io:443.
