Summary

Re-anchors the HawkinsOperations org documentation around AevumGuard as the main ProofOps product/front-door repo.

  • Replaces standalone Product 001: Claim Firewall framing with Product: AevumGuard.
  • Describes Claim Firewall only as the first internal Claim Authority capability inside AevumGuard.
  • Adds the seven-repo authority model and explicit no-eighth-repo rule.
  • Preserves existing truth boundaries and blocked runtime/signal/public-safe claims.

Proof ceiling

Public routing clarity only. No proof promotion.

Validation

  • git status --short
  • python scripts/verify-command-center-invariants.py
  • git diff --check HEAD~1..HEAD

Superseded by the Hoxline product authority work.

This draft PR re-anchors the org around AevumGuard as the current product identity. AevumGuard is now legacy/prior-name context only; Hoxline is the current product/front-door authority. Closing this PR rather than merging it preserves the current seven-repo Hoxline routing model and avoids stale public/product framing.

Boundary: no public proof promotion, no Lifetime Ledger append, no website proof claim, and no runtime evidence change.

Closing as superseded by Hoxline current-product authority; AevumGuard remains legacy/prior-name context only.
