Modify SLD Profiles (#443)

* Added shift to plotRefSLD when plotting 'air/substrate' geometry to align on the substrates.

* Staging commit

* Fixed project conversion tests

* Fixed reflectivity calculation tests

* Fixed bug with repeats in new SLD profile calc

* All tests now passing

* Found problem with absorption tests

* Changed the handling of 'nRepeats' in 'makeSLDProfile' to get rid of outer loop

* Replaces "normcdf" with inline function in SLD profile
