Adding method to find console login links in our documentation, per github issue suggestion. Security folks preferred not linking directly to the web consoles, so this method demonstrates how to find the web console login via the registry.

Per issue #360 we're adding instructions to find the web console link in the registry.
Our security folks preferred we didn't publish the links directly, so the method to find the web console via the registry is now documented here.
