Extract the office connectivity banner into a shared showAlert helper backed by a stacking alerts container, with consistent icon, shadow and spacing so future banners can reuse it.
Displays response.data.forced_viewmode_reason from the app provider in a warning alert, informing the user why the file was opened in a restricted mode.

Refactor the show banner code to re-use across the MS error and the new message.
