Overview
This PR only updates go.mod and go.sum. There are no application source changes.

It bumps github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/config from 1.32.21 to 1.32.25 and aligns the rest of the AWS SDK v2 stack that config pulls in: core aws-sdk-go-v2 1.41.10 → 1.42.0, plus matching bumps for credentials, STS, SSO, signin, internal endpoint/config modules, and smithy-go. service/ssm stays at v1.68.6.
