The issue with 90% of the "planned" observations being Aborted is that it makes the plots in Section 5 not make a ton of sense -- with 10000 observations "planned" they overlap in time. So we need to give users a way to visualize the difference between the "plan" and reality. I added plots that just show "Performed" observations. And a few other small changes.
