Updates ty's conformance results from v0.0.40 to v0.0.48.
This records two conformance improvements:
TypedDictextra_itemsandclosedsupport from [ty] Add support forextra_itemsastral-sh/ruff#25591 movestypeddicts_extra_itemsfrom unsupported to passing.Neverlower bounds during generic return-type inference, so a class whose metaclass__call__returnsNoReturnis now inferred as returningNever.The remaining changes update stored diagnostics and the generated HTML report.
